Once a suitable time has been selected, we will inform the membership through email, social media, and posters on the notices boards located at the beginning of each road.

In the meantime, please be advised that all Executive members whose terms were up in May 2020 kindly agreed to extend their terms until we can hold our AGM and the formal election of vacant seats. We will also continue as per usual to handle the day to day operations, bill payments, and issues should they arise. Any possible changes to budgets, amendments, etc. will not take place until we hold our formal AGM.

Please continue to practise social distancing measures and good hand washing methods. We wish for all our members to stay safe during these unprecedented times.

In closing, thank you for your understanding of this matter and if you have any questions or if you have other matters you would like to discuss, please feel free to reach me directly via email at c0rreiaj@mymts.net or phone 204-7784674/204-679-3048.

Joe Correia

President

Setting Lake Cottage Owners Association

MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT TO MEMBERS RE SLCOA AGM In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic affecting our province and country, SLCOA’s Executive has decided that the Annual General Meeting that was to have taken place on Sunday, May 24 2020 will be postponed until it is deemed safe by MB Health to once again […]

[14
